Mohan Murugian leads the firm’s work in digital transformation, AI-enabled services, digital government, smart cities, and enterprise technology solutions.
With more than 30 years of experience across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, Mohan has led large-scale transformation programmes for government agencies and private sector organisations in Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE. His expertise covers business strategy, digital transformation, AI and digital solutions, change management, programme governance, systems integration and complex technology implementation.
Mohan has worked with leading organisations, including Ericsson, IBM, HP, KPMG and Convergys, helping clients redesign digital interfaces, implement data and analytics strategies, strengthen programme governance and improve operational efficiency. More recently, he has advised governments on project portfolio management, change planning, digital services, and smart city initiatives.
He concurrently serves as Director and Head of Operations, South-East Asia, at WESUPPORT Pte Ltd, and previously served as Principal ICT Consultant and Deputy Managing Director at KDi Asia, where he led digital government projects in Fiji and Namibia.
Mohan holds an MBA from the University of Melbourne, where he received the Pacific Dunlop Prize for Advanced Marketing, a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the National University of Malaysia, postgraduate studies in Digital Business through Columbia Business School and MIT Sloan Executive Education, and an Advanced Certificate in Technopreneurship from Singapore Management University.
