Siddharth Poddar is based in Singapore. He is the Head of Research and Chief Editor of publications. He leads a team of writers to undertake research tailored for businesses in the various sectors in emerging Asia. This includes white papers, company annual reports, op-ed pieces, and articles for magazines and websites etc.
He is a writer-editor and research specialist with 13 years of experience. He specialises in the business implications of globalisation and trends in international political economy, and more broadly on economic growth, infrastructure development and public policy.
He was formerly the Managing Editor for BRINK Asia, a digital news platform convening the perspectives of leaders on emerging global risks and their implications on business. He is also a co-founder of StoneBench, an editorial services company.
Siddharth has an MSc in Globalisation & Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London), and dual bachelor degrees in Economics and Political Science from the Singapore Management University.
